SkillScore

Your skills, rated for real

20 timed questions, 10 of them real code. You leave with a chess-style rating that says where you actually stand, and a study plan for exactly what you missed.

How it works

20 questions between you and your number

Claim your level

Pick where you think you stand, from new to expert. That sets your starting rating; the questions take it from there.

Answer against the clock

20 questions, 10 of them real code to read, each on its own timer. Difficulty adapts to how you are doing.

Get the number and the plan

Your rating, your title, a map of weak subtopics, and the exact courses and lessons that fix them.

Methodology

Why the number means something

SkillScore uses the same Elo mathematics as chess ratings. Questions have ratings too, and both move after every answer, so the bank keeps calibrating itself with every real attempt.

Adaptive difficulty

Every next question is picked near your running rating. Cruise and it climbs; struggle and it meets you where you are.

Every question is on a clock

Each question gets a time budget based on its length and difficulty. Reading code fast is part of the skill.

Down to the misconception

Your result maps weak subtopics and the specific misconceptions behind wrong answers, then points at the exact material that fixes them.

14-day cycle

One full assessment per skill every 14 days keeps ratings honest. Close a gap with a course and you can re-check it early, with no rating risk.

20 minutes from now, you can know.

One run gives you the rating, the gap map and the plan. The next one is 14 days out, so bring your best.
